<p>Kforce's client, a family-owned company located in the Green Bay, WI area, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. This client offers great salary and benefits, and a flexible work environment - 4 days in office, 1 day remote.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts </li><li>Conduct weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting </li><li>Develop and analyze financial reports comparing actual results to budget and prior year </li><li>Serve as a strategic financial partner supporting business planning and performance </li><li>Maintain reporting dashboards to track results </li><li>Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business initiatives </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders outside of Finance </li><li>Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field </li><li>CPA or MBA preferred, but not required </li><li>3+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, or analysis </li><li>Strong FP&A experience, including variance analysis and management reporting </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights </li><li>Strong business acumen, judgment, and relationship-building skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills </li><li>Experience with ERP systems preferred (Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics a plus; Oracle exposure helpful) </li></ul>
