We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team.</p> <p>The Proposal Coordinator will work in NV5's Clean Energy Group and report to the Proposal & Marketing Manager. This motivated individual will support a growing and nationally recognized team of clean energy experts in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate must be a resourceful, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational and writing skills, professionalism, and creativity. Experience working with firms providing services to the public sector, especially providing energy, environmental, engineering, construction, or consulting services is a plus.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Review and summarize incoming bid opportunity emails and distribute to business development team as appropriate. </li><li>Analyze RFP requirements and identify and coordinate all internal and external resources required for proposal completion. Help write, design, and integrate materials into persuasive proposals that reflect our distinctive capabilities to meet clients' needs. </li><li>Write, proofread, and edit marketing collateral, presentations, conference abstracts, LinkedIn posts, and other marketing documents. </li><li>Create, update, and maintain marketing materials and content libraries, including brochures, project sheets, resumes, graphics, and non-technical supporting narratives. </li><li>Manage sales pipeline in CRM, including reviewing lists, running weekly marketing reports, adding and monitoring entries, and updating contact information </li><li>May perform other duties to meet the operational needs of the firm. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university </li><li>1+ years of experience working on RFx responses for public agencies, ideally for an AEC firm, or other professional services firm. </li><li>Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast, deadline-driven environment. </li><li>Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. </li><li>Experience and interest in clean energy, clean transportation, or engineering consulting is a plus. </li></ul>
