Concord's growing catalog of 1.3 million songs, compositions, sound recordings, films, plays, and musicals is one of the most impactful and culturally relevant collections of creative rights in history.</p> <p>Concord is headquartered in Nashville with additional offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, Berlin, Melbourne, and Miami.</p> <p>As the Royalties Payable Coordinator, you'll be responsible for royalty accounts payable, reconciliation of royalty statements to sub-systems and ensuring payments are made in line with the contract.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Enter royalty bills and bill credits from royalty processing system </li><li>Prepare quarterly payment runs in line with contractual payment terms </li><li>Review tax forms (W-9 & W-8BEN) for royalty vendors </li><li>Review and maintain royalty vendor information in accounting system </li><li>Reconcile royalty statements to balances in the finance system and royalty processing systems </li><li>Calculate and record royalty client VAT and WHT amounts where applicable </li><li>Prepare out-of-cycle royalty payments as requested </li><li>Provide assistance with royalty client inquiries </li><li>Assist with other projects as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required </li><li>1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance/Royalties department preferred </li><li>Detail-oriented mindset and ability to stay organized and meet deadlines </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data filtering and formatting) </li><li>Prior experience working with NetSuite, Jira, iMaestro a plus </li></ul> <p>This position is full-time and paid on an hourly basis.</p> <ul> <li>This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site. </li></ul> <p>At Concord, we offer comprehensive medical and wellness benefits, generous time off, parental leave, charity match, paid time off for volunteering, and other fun company perks.
