Lane specializes in mobility, tunneling, and water resources to address sustainable development and climate change adaptation challenges.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develops and enforces security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard digital assets. </li><li>Leads incident response efforts and manage investigations of security breaches. </li><li>Conducts regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans. </li><li>Oversees the deployment, integration, and configuration of security solutions (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, SIEM). </li><li>Collaborates with IT and business units to ensure secure system architecture and data protection. </li><li>Monitors security trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to keep the organization protected and compliant. </li><li>Trains and educates staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices. </li><li>Manages vendor relationships and evaluates third-party security tools and services. </li><li>Prepares and presents security reports to senior management and stakeholders. </li><li>Manages the Disaster Recovery plan and conducts necessary testing activities. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education: Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Employment Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>5 years of experience in IT security </li><li>Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ preferred </li><li>Knowledge of IT security frameworks, standards and practices required </li><li>Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing modern IT hybrid and multi-cloud environments </li><li>Strong hands-on experience deploying and managing security and network solutions such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), Email Security, Network Security, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), IPS/IDS (Intrusion Prevention & Detection Systems). </li><li>Experience managing 24x7x365 security operations </li><li>Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, Powershell) </li></ul> <p>Lane Construction offers a comprehensive benefits package with an excellent opportunity to grow and be part of one of the most respected names in the construction industry.
