This is a journey that we are making together with our talented staff and our customers.</p> <p>Summary Description:</p> <p>The Commercial Systems Manager is a critical support role within the Commercial Team, designed to help achieve the objectives, goals, and strategies of Billerud NA. This position serves as the systems expert and primary liaison between the Commercial team and the business applications used (SFDC, SAP, VStar, etc.). The role is pivotal in maximizing the effectiveness of our CRM system, interacting with the Master Data Team to facilitate product set-up and assessing and improving the knowledge and skills of our Sales Teams in order to execute effective training solutions.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <p>CRM Management & Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the Commercial team regarding Salesforce (SFDC), or any future CRM platform. </li><li>Lead training, reporting, and dashboard development to enhance CRM adoption and effectiveness. </li><li>Act as the primarily liaison between the Commercial group and other departments to align CRM capabilities with business strategies. </li><li>If a new CRM is adopted (e.g., via the Atlas project), this position will lead the transition planning and implementation. </li></ul> <p>Sales Pipeline & Data Administration</p> <ul> <li>Act as the SME administrator and commercial lead for advancing the Sales pipeline process. </li><li>Oversee the setting up of new products in SAP, coordinating between Product Managers and the Master Material Data Team to ensure timely and accurate data entry. </li></ul> <p>Sales Enablement & Training</p> <ul> <li>Identify training needs through regular assessments and develop targeted training programs while partnering with the Organizational Development in HR. </li><li>Support sales development across all business areas, with a focus on Commercial applications. </li></ul> <p>Sales & Marketing Support</p> <ul> <li>Deliver insightful analytical support for customer inquiries and long-term sales evaluations. </li><li>Educate the sales team on manufacturing capabilities and help develop tailored value propositions and customized solutions </li></ul> <p>Personal qualities</p> <p>Required Experience and Education:</p> <p>Minimum Required Experience and Education:</p> <ul> <li>4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, and/or </li><li>7+ years industry experience or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Required skills:</p> <p>Minimum Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Technical understanding of fiber-based paper and/or packaging value chain </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills </li><li>Proven experience with CRM systems (SFDC), ERP systems (SAP), and other business applications </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in training and development is a plus </li></ul> <p>Application information</p> <p>Billerud NA is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
