Evenings and weekends may be required.</p> <p>Sensitive Position No Job Description</p> <p>Virginia Peninsula Community College is a two-year institution of higher education established as a part of a statewide system of community colleges. It primarily serves the residents of the cities of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, and Williamsburg, and the counties of James City and York.</p> <p>The Full-time Welding Instructor will provide high-quality instruction for all current and future VPCC welding courses. This position supports course content reviews and revisions, helps ensure instructional consistency and quality across all courses and instructors, assists with inventory monitoring and the associated procurement process, and engages with employer partners to better understand their needs.</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time restricted classified position. Continuation of employment is based on funding availability. * </li></ul> <p>Special Assignments</p> <p>May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
