Franciscan Health takes pride in hiring coworkers that provide compassionate, comprehensive care for our patients and the communities we serve.</p> <p>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT</p> <ul> <li> <p>Providing leadership to 8 offshore and onshore architect and development resource services</p> </li><li> <p>Providing Vendor Management of ServiceNow</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure focus and accountability to achieve departmental results.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishing governance and facilitation across the enterprise to plan, roadmap and set ServiceNow enablement priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Planning for upgrades and new solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Connecting the Franciscan Workforce, through digital automation and AI transformation using ServiceNow</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure focus and accountability to achieve department results.
