<p>This is a full-time on-site position, working Monday-Friday during daytime business hours.</p> <p>Pay Range: $18-20 per hour</p> <p>At Angels of Care, our Client Care & Orientation Coordinators are the welcoming voice and steady presence for our medically fragile clients and their families. This dual-role supports both client care and employee onboarding-making it essential to the daily operations of our office.</p> <p>You'll be the go-to person for incoming calls, scheduling support, and new hire orientation, helping ensure our nurses and office team members are equipped to provide outstanding care from day one.</p> <p>We are grateful for your interest in joining our team. Thank you for your understanding.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls, providing warm, knowledgeable support to clients and team members. </li><li>Support scheduling of nurses and client visits, working closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless care coordination. </li><li>Build strong relationships with nurses and families, helping everyone feel heard, supported, and valued. </li><li>Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new office and field employees. </li><li>Enter and maintain accurate employee information; scan, file, and organize documents to ensure compliance. </li><li>Provide orientation support in person, over the phone, and via email-answering questions and offering guidance. </li><li>Assist with employee recordkeeping and ongoing compliance tracking. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a client-facing, administrative, or scheduling role (preferred) </li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills </li><li>A proactive, solutions-focused mindset </li><li>Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Comfort with office technology and multitasking across systems </li><li>A passion for helping others and a natural ability to make people feel at ease </li></ul> <p>Why Angels of Care</p> <p>In addition to our great benefits, we offer a fun and supportive culture rooted in our values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS).
