This role will focus on documenting and standardizing existing integrations, defining scalable architecture, and enabling smooth transition of solutions to support teams.</p> <p>You'll play a critical role in expanding integrations across ERP systems, financial institutions, and external platforms while helping modernize integration approaches using AI.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Document existing integrations, including architecture, configurations, and data flows </li><li>Analyze current-state architecture and define scalable future-state solutions </li><li>Standardize integration patterns across enterprise systems </li><li>Support transition of internally built applications to operations/support teams </li><li>Partner with internal teams to capture undocumented work and align best practices </li><li>Enable scaling of integrations across ERPs, banks, and external vendors </li></ul> <p>Key Projects</p> <ul> <li>Freight Audit Integrations: Connecting 80+ ERP systems with vendors, managing bi-directional file exchanges and data transformations </li><li>Supply Chain Financing: Integrations with major global banks (e.g., Chase, Citi, Bank of America) supporting financing workflows </li><li>AI-Driven Applications: Contract intelligence, invoice-to-pay (Palantir), and other automation solutions (UiPath, AI platforms) </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in integration architecture and documentation </li><li>Hands-on experience with file-based and API-based integrations </li><li>Solid understanding of ERP data flows (SAP not required) </li><li>Experience with data mapping, transformation, and multi-system orchestration </li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments (AI/automation exposure is a plus) </li><li>Knowledge of compliance and financial data handling best practices </li></ul> <p>Why This Role</p> <ul> <li>Be part of a high-impact AI transformation initiative </li><li>Help scale integrations from partial to full enterprise rollout </li><li>Contribute to major cost savings and operational efficiencies </li><li>Work with modern platforms like Palantir and UiPath </li></ul>
