As part of a broader transformation initiative, the client is seeking support to analyze and optimize key business workflows that impact multiple teams and systems. Through this engagement, we are embedding a Business Process Analyst, Pricing who will lead efforts to document current and future state processes, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate across departments to drive meaningful improvements. This work is essential to enabling scalable, technology-informed solutions that support long-term agility and clarity across the organization. This is a strategic opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings strong analytical and facilitation skills, and is passionate about solving complex business problems through thoughtful process design.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct interviews, workshops, and observations to gather business process information. </li><li>Develop detailed current state process documentation using flowcharts, diagrams, and written narratives. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document future state processes aligned with business goals and technology capabilities. </li><li>Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or improvement. </li><li>Support change management and implementation efforts by providing clear documentation and process insights. </li><li>Work closely with IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment between process design and system capabilities. </li><li>Maintain and update process documentation as business needs evolve. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. </li><li>3+ years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role. </li><li>Strong proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). </li><li>Experience with Salesforce or Oracle platforms is preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems is preferred. </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. </li></ul>
