We are looking to hire somebody who can execute world class training programs that optimize employee performance.</p> <ul> <li>lead facilitation of WAC Training Programs to new Financial Advisors and associates </li><li>prepare training program schedules based on training module content and time allotted </li><li>deliver effective, engaging training sessions for all modules in the WAC training programs </li><li>incorporate elements of dynamic delivery (e.g. pace, inflection, referring to learner by name) and techniques to maintain learner interest </li><li>ask and answer questions while facilitating that lead to learning </li><li>review training practice and ensure training in line with company policies and procedures </li><li>provide positive and constructive feedback to trainees </li><li>listen and evaluate new FA and associate calls monthly </li><li>foster relationships with the trainee's managers </li></ul> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $70000 to $93000 </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
