<p>ARK Systems is looking for an Service Contract Scheduler for our Columbia office</p> <p>UP TO $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <p>Receives and processes calls and tickets for testing, service/repairs internally and from customers.</p> <p>Assists in the review of testing certification reports for noted deficiencies found during routine testing</p> <p>Schedule/ coordinate with assigned testing staff and service dispatch for technicians to complete approved work</p> <p>Coordinate with third party vendors when necessary to acquire applicable pricing, testing and technical assistance.</p> <p>Address customer concerns and complaints and have the ability to resolve the matters in the best interest of the customer and the company.</p> <p>Open and closes work orders, update customer notes, etc.</p> <p>Assist with communications with field staff as needed</p> <p>Assist with contracts and testing invoicing</p> <p>Customer support and satisfaction liaison</p> <p>Possess the ability to work harmoniously within the Contracts and service area and provide administrative customer support functions of all types and levels.</p> <p>All other duties as assigned</p> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <p>Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.</p> <p>Must have a positive and respectful attitude and maintain good working relationships with management staff and employees.</p> <p>Business school, Associates degree or equivalent experience and knowledge is required.</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <p>Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 3+ years related experience.</p> <p>Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.</p> <p>Good oral/written communication skills are necessary. Must be able to work in a high volume/fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Should be comfortable answering a phone and making calls for potential entirety of shift.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Working in an office environment with a computer and other business technology</p> <p>Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.</p> <p>#ZR</p>
