<p>Project Manager</p> <p>We are seeking a experienced Project Manager with a strong blend of Project Management with Business Analysis skills and over 15 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project execution, business analysis, stakeholder management, Juriba Dashworks, and requirement analysis. The role involves managing Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration projects across all Business Units, ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining compliance with business and infrastructure requirements.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Experience in project management and leading stakeholders with a proven ability to define and support key business processes and initiatives </li><li>Lead end-to-end Windows migration projects from planning to execution. </li><li>Proficient in managing complex projects and ensuring successful delivery. </li><li>Require strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with diverse teams </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and support business processes and operational improvements. </li><li>Align project goals with business objectives, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. </li><li>Maintain the Windows Program schedule and associated reporting and Analyze large data sets and provide management reporting. </li><li>Manage the Program RAID logs. </li><li>Conduct requirement analysis, stakeholder interviews, and gap assessments to improve business outcomes. </li><li>Utilize SharePoint for effective data management and collaboration. </li><li>Leverage Juriba Dashworks for project management and desktop management tasks. </li><li>Communicate program updates effectively via Teams, SharePoint, and executive presentations. </li><li>Support the Program Manager as required </li><li>Maintain Program Teams and/or SharePoint sites. </li><li>Outstanding organizational, presentation, and time management skills. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Ability to collaborate and build consensus. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>SharePoint experience. </li><li>MS Excel skills. </li><li>MS PowerPoint and content creation skills. </li><li>Prior experience in financial services or consulting firm preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated experience with technology projects and understanding of the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $95,000-$120,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
