We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.</p> <p>If you are ready to make a difference as part of the world's greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!</p> <p>OVERVIEW:</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Data Analytics</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and analyze product and store capacity data identifying outliers, patterns, and indicators that inform capacity allocation decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate the ability to "connect the dots" between various business functions, data and outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Dive into complex data sets to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and quantify the potential value of new initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Develop capacity targets through analysis of fixtures, products, store environments, and visual standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Create unit capacity reporting for all front-of-house and back-of-house departments</p> </li><li> <p>Build a maintain a quality assurance program surrounding fixture dimensions and unit capacity standards, identifying and addressing issues to ensure accuracy in all downstream processes</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Merchandising Operations and Technology teams to validate the alignment of unit capacity data and develop automated processes to enhance operational efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and implement process improvements translating complex data sets into simplified, and actionable frameworks</p> </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to access, analyze and use information in a manner that adds value to the organization</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct thorough analysis to continually improve capacity utilization; and possess the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions to business needs</p> </li></ul> <p>Cross Functional Partnership & Communication</p> <ul> <li> <p>Effectively communicate actionable insights</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, charts, tables and presentations on findings and recommendations to support business decisions across multiple levels of leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate capacity analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Merchandising Operations, Technology and Data Engineering teams to operationalize insights</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Athlete focus and ability to meet their needs as a primary driver of one's actions</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and sustain productive cross-functional, internal relationships</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of experience in Planning and Allocation, Data Analysis</p> </li><li> <p>SQL / data query</p> </li><li> <p>Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Communication & Presentation Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Financial modeling experience a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Excel and BI Tool proficiency (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Space Management Experience (desired)</p> </li><li> <p>Retail Store Operations Experience (desired)</p> </li></ul>
