<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>The Director of Operations Performance is a key member of Conifer's management team. In order to ensure Conifer is meetings the financial needs of its clients, the Director will help provide insight, direction and feedback into Conifer clients' monthly Revenue Cycle and business unit operational performance. The Director will work pro-actively to report issues, as well as offer recommendations for improvement.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Include the following. Others may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Analyze and prepare reports of issues affecting performance and operational effectiveness. </li><li>Coordinate and create presentations for Clients, and Conifer's stakeholders. </li><li>Oversee the data requests from Client and Conifer's stakeholders. </li><li>Develops and executes strategic initiatives that support Client needs </li><li>Review and analyze operational performance related to productivity and resource allocation </li><li>Work with Client Management to assist in proactive identification and of potential pain points for clients (i.e. revenue reclasses, etc.) and develop solutions to eliminate/minimize </li><li>Coordinate Client month end reporting and impact analysis associated with settlements, and/or other issues that would affect performance </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
