<p>Morgan Stanley Human Resources Rewards and Analytics department is seeking an experienced professional to lead compensation for a global client. This is a Vice President level position.</p> <p>The primary functions of the group include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes and provide end to end support throughout the process </li><li>Compensation modeling and analyses </li><li>Compensation competitive benchmarking </li><li>Compensation expense planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets - all with accompanying analytics </li><li>Preparation of senior management exhibits and presenting to management teams to make critical business decisions </li><li>Partner with clients on a wide variety of human capital analytics (including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, talent, attrition, workforce activity, ad-hoc requests) </li><li>Collaborate with various partners, including HR Business Partners, Corporate Compensation, Executive Compensation, Finance. HR Operations, and Senior Clients </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring to the role:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>6+ Years Professional Related Work Experience </li><li>Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way </li><li>Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to senior management and external stakeholders </li><li>Strong process and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize as needed and problem-solve autonomously </li><li>Strong client focus and team player </li><li>Must have superior attention to detail </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly & concisely </li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills </li><li>Interest in learning new systems and technologies </li><li>Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment </li><li>Approaches work with mindset to continuously improve and streamline processes </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:</p> <p>We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
