Merchandisers travel to grocery stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along their route. Merchandisers help to maintain our relationships in the market by continuing to develop our supplier brands while providing best in class service.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route </li><li>Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck </li><li>Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating product </li><li>Report backstock inventory levels </li><li>Maintain relationships in the market by providing best in class service </li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis</p> </li><li> <p>Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>6 months plus of general work experience</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)</p> </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
