Assist them with questions or directions as needed </li><li>Provide access to meeting rooms to customers who have reservations. Help them connect with Event Operations Team if Audio-Visual assistance is needed </li><li>Receive and document lost and found items </li><li>Answer the desk phone in a cheerful and welcoming manner.
