<p>Job Description</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Understand and utilize an ERP system. </li><li>Review master routers when new orders come in. </li><li>Prints job routers/travelers and distributes the paperwork to the necessary departments. </li><li>Creates multi charts for saw cutting operation. </li><li>Copies all required paperwork and documentation for required router operations and processes. </li><li>Coordinates in-house and customer change orders. </li><li>Upon receipt of a change order from Sales, Engineering or Metallurgy, it determines the proper routing needed to accomplish the changes and indicates on the change order form; follows up to determine that all changes have been made and any revised paperwork is sent to production, if necessary; updates all computer records. </li><li>Maintains listing of orders on hold. </li><li>Keeps desk manuals current for all job functions. </li><li>Generates routers with rework operations. </li><li>Creates split requests as needed for operation needs. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. </li><li>Ability to write reports and business correspondence. </li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, customers, and other employees of the company. </li><li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. </li><li>Ability to </li></ul>
