Visit us at www.accenture.com.</p> <p>You Are:</p> <p>A Retirement Technology Associate Director who is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>General practitioner with expertise in the retirement domain; experience taking clients through end-to-end transformations</p> </li><li> <p>Focused on driving system wide transformations and speak to technology implications of the specific transformations</p> </li><li> <p>Shaping large deals and transformations specifically within the retirement domain; able to speak at a strategic level and build c-suite relevant relationships across retirement portfolio</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 15 years professional experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience managing large scale Tech/related Financial Services Programs and Projects</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 years' experience managing contract financials and ensuring delivery contract commitments</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting/working with Financial Services Industry and clients, specifically the Retirement Industry</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
