This role sits within a growing Finance & Accounting division with a strong client base and significant upside for individuals who consistently perform.</p> <p>This is a production-focused, quota-carrying role where success is driven by business development, candidate recruitment, and relationship management. The Recruiter will actively grow a target list of new prospects, regularly interview industry professionals, match talent to direct-hire opportunities, and deliver against sales goals while servicing and expanding existing accounts.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is competitive, resilient, and hungry to win-someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, overcomes objections, and takes ownership of both the revenue and delivery sides of the desk.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Finance & Accounting Recruiter, you will own and operate a full desk, contributing directly to revenue growth and client success.</p> <p>Full-Desk Recruiting & Sales Execution</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire Finance & Accounting positions, including sourcing, screening, behavioral-based interviews, and reference checks </li><li>Generate, follow up on, and close new business leads while managing and expanding existing client relationships </li><li>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive Finance & Accounting talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms </li><li>Consistently interview industry professionals to build a strong candidate network </li></ul> <p>Business Development & Account Management</p> <ul> <li>Grow and manage a target list of prospects through outbound sales efforts, referrals, cross-selling, and targeted marketing campaigns </li><li>Conduct consultative conversations with clients to intake detailed job orders and uncover hiring needs </li><li>Develop strong client relationships through onsite visits, client meetings, and approved business development activities </li><li>Negotiate salary offers and fee structures while balancing candidate expectations and client profitability </li><li>Achieve and exceed sales quotas and production goals </li></ul> <p>Candidate Management & Delivery</p> <ul> <li>"Play matchmaker" by aligning candidate experience, motivation, and skill sets with client needs </li><li>Prepare candidates thoroughly for interviews and conduct post-interview debriefs </li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records, notes, and summaries </li></ul> <p>Market Awareness & Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Stay current on Finance & Accounting industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitive market conditions </li><li>Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience & Mindset</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or other performance-driven environments </li><li>Agency staffing experience preferred, but not required for highly motivated candidates </li><li>Proven history of working toward and achieving sales goals or quotas </li></ul> <p>What Matters Most</p> <ul> <li>Strong sales mindset with comfort owning both business development and recruiting outcomes </li><li>Grit, persistence, and resilience in competitive, deadline-driven environments </li><li>Ability to build trust quickly with both candidates and clients </li><li>Coachable, self-motivated, and accountable for results </li></ul> <p>Skills & Attributes</p> <ul> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Experience developing sales strategies, pricing proposals, or service-level solutions </li><li>Ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and partner cross-functionally </li><li>Knowledge of solutions-oriented selling and closing techniques </li></ul> <p>You'll Thrive in This Role If You:</p> <ul> <li>Want full ownership of your desk and results </li><li>Are motivated by goals, numbers, and outcomes </li><li>Enjoy balancing sales, recruiting, and relationship management </li><li>View challenges and rejection as part of winning </li><li>Are energized by a fast-moving, performance-driven culture </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to sit for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to commute to and work onsite in our Boston office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Business preferred) </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Atrium offers a comprehensive Atrium Care Package, available upon eligibility, including:</p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>401(k) Program </li><li>Pet Insurance </li><li>Commuter Benefit Program </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <p>This role offers a base salary between $55,000-$65,000, plus uncapped commission, providing the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.</p>
