In this hands-on role, you will not only manage and supervise a dedicated team but also play an active role in the day-to-day operations that ensure we consistently meet our high-quality standards.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead a Dedicated Team:</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise and support a team of individuals with disabilities, ensuring they provide exceptional service to a military grocery store.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-On Leadership:</p> </li><li> <p>Be ready to dive in and perform manual labor alongside your team-whether that's moving products, setting up displays, or handling equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Efficiency:</p> </li><li> <p>You'll be directly involved in ensuring the store is operating smoothly, including lifting, bending, pulling, and assisting with tasks to meet deadlines and project goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Development:</p> </li><li> <p>Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the tools to deliver excellent customer service and operate efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible Hours & Problem-Solving:</p> </li><li> <p>Adapt to changing schedules and shift requirements while tackling any operational challenges that arise.</p> </li><li> <p>Payroll & Attendance:</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and track employee attendance, ensure accurate payroll records, and compute any necessary adjustments.</p> </li><li> <p>Store & Warehouse Organization:</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee store cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure shelves are stocked, rotated, and products are well-organized and ready for sale.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety and Compliance:</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all safety protocols are followed, maintain compliance with food safety standards, health codes, military regulations, and uphold the security and confidentiality of company data.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of (2) years' supervisory or Team Lead experience (Preferred). </li><li>Minimum of (3) years' experience working in a grocery store or warehouse as a Stocker, Store Associate or similar role. (Preferred) </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license. </li><li>Experience in managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and overseeing team performance. </li><li>Familiarity with Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel is preferred. </li><li>A strong commitment to maintaining high levels of service, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members to their fullest potential. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, moving, and reaching for products, equipment, and supplies. </li><li>Repetitive movements to engage in tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and setting up displays. </li><li>Required to use hands for handling, sorting, and arranging various store items, as well as working with equipment and tools. </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical tasks for extended periods throughout the shift. </li><li>Reasonable accommodations can be made. </li></ul> <p>Environmental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed primarily in a military base environment. </li><li>Work in a fast-paced grocery store environment, often requiring adaptation to changing conditions. </li><li>Exposure to cooler temperatures in certain areas of the store, such as refrigerators and stockrooms, as well as potential warmer environments in other sections. </li><li>Work in warehouse areas that may have tight spaces, aisles, or elevated shelving systems. </li><li>Depending on operational needs, there may be exposure to cleaning chemicals used to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store. </li></ul> <p>Company Overview: CW Resources, a part of CW Group, is a national non-profit organization that has been delivering mission-driven, high-quality services for more than 60 years.
