<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The purpose of the InspectorI role is to perform visual inspections in order to identify conforming and nonconforming product within the Tegra Medical location.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for QC Visual Inspections of finished products required in accordance with ISO 13485. </li><li>Accurately perform visual inspection determine acceptability of product from visual defects and other overall cosmetic requirements. </li><li>Follow specific internal and customer specifications to determine product conformance. </li><li>Act as a trainer for other InspectorI employees. </li><li>Complete inspection reports and product traveler as required. </li><li>Keep track of quantities and scrap codes and enter data into MRP system as applicable. </li><li>Provide feedback to supervisors and engineering on visual defects found. </li><li>Support visual inspection of validation activities as requested. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience using a microscope is required. </li><li>Communication skills verbal and written is required. </li><li>Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred. </li><li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision and follow written instruction and schedules. </li><li>Must be detail oriented, focused and organized. </li><li>Must maintain work areas in a safe and orderly condition at all times. </li><li>Must comply with all applicable safety procedures. </li><li>Must be able to use microscope for extended periods of time. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required. </li></ul>
