It's grocery shopping reimagined and we are just getting started.</p> <p>If you are passionate about innovation, care about what people eat, and want to be part of a team doing what no one else is doing, come build future of food with us.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Order Completion Specialist in shipping must be knowledgeable in all shipping processes, including route building, jackpot, staging, and truck loading. </li><li>Always follow the SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures) for the department. </li><li>Check out your scanner at the beginning of the shift using your employee ID and ensure to return it after your shift is completed. </li><li>Ensure to load the correct routes onto the right trucks, ensuring the load is secure to provide a good handoff to the transportation team. </li><li>Complete the routes on loading status missing orders to finish the loading process. </li><li>Work alongside the leadership team of the department to make sure trucks are loaded on time, and dispatch times are met. </li><li>Multitasking is heavily required in this role.
