Basic Job Functions: We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include leading in the areas of Safety, Reliability, Team Development, Cost Control, and Project Management. Additionally, the role requires developing and executing reliability-based maintenance programs, supervising teams responsible for Industrial Mechanical Maintenance, campus-wide utilities, buildings, site construction, and contractor administration. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
