<p>Duties</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Illinois Early Learning Standards and the Preschool for All guidelines. </li><li>Create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. </li><li>Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members across both sites. </li><li>Collaborate with paraprofessionals, support staff, and site administrators to ensure program quality and consistency. </li><li>Conduct ongoing assessment and documentation of children's progress using approved assessment tools. </li><li>Travel between assigned sites to deliver a high-quality program at each location. </li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities, team meetings, and required trainings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Illinois Teaching License with appropriate endorsement in Early Childhood Education and successfully pass a criminal background check. Early Childhood Special Education preferred. Our Preschool for All program ensures that all children, regardless of background, receive the foundational skills needed for lifelong learning and success.</p> <p>We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Preschool for All Classroom Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year to join our team at our Bartelso Elementary and Damiansville Elementary sites.
