<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>Responsible for preparation and review of SEC filings including MD&A and footnote disclosures. Successful candidates will have extensive technical accounting skills, a professional approach, and strong communication skills.</p> <p>RELATIONSHIP & SCOPE</p> <p>The Sr. Manager, SEC Reporting will report to the AVP, SEC Reporting and is a pivotal member of the team responsible for SEC filings. The Manager will interact with a diverse group of internal personnel including financial analysts, divisional leadership, and functional staff to interpret financial data and operational performance.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business with a major in Accounting or Finance </li><li>CPA designation preferred </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Excellent computer skills with an ability to learn accounting software </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines </li><li>Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment </li><li>Microsoft Word and Excel experience required </li><li>Proven problem-solving and analytical skills </li></ul> <p>Required Personal Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Team player with customer service orientation </li><li>Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor </li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills </li><li>Proven experience managing and leading teams in a business setting </li><li>Enthusiastic self-starter </li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality work </li><li>Demonstrates integrity and dedication </li></ul>
