<p>Overview</p> <p>Join The Wilds as a Seasonal Security Team Member, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and wildlife.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide assistance to guests with safety concerns, directions, and general information. </li><li>Patrol The Wilds' property, parking lots, and buildings during open and closed hours. </li><li>Respond to medical emergencies until medical personnel arrive. </li><li>Direct traffic and assist lost guests as needed. </li><li>Deliver deposits from The Wilds to financial institutions. </li><li>Secure buildings and property, including locking doors, arming/unarming alarms, and securing gates. </li><li>Complete and maintain reports (daily duty logs, incident reports, first aid records, etc.). </li><li>Operate The Wilds' radio system and assist other departments as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. </li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written). </li><li>Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Positive and professional attitude with excellent customer service skills, consistently upholding guest service standards. </li><li>Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Physical & Schedule Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold). </li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Employment Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must use and maintain all safety equipment designated for the position. </li><li>Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check. </li><li>Subject to Drug-Free Workplace Policy, BMV Check, and Criminal Background Check. </li><li>Must attend required C.P.R Training. </li><li>This position is not eligible for overtime pay. </li></ul> <p>Why Join The Wilds' Safety Team?</p> <p>As a Seasonal Security Team Member, you'll have a unique opportunity to combine emergency medical skills with conservation and guest services.
