This role is responsible for aligning IT initiatives with strategic business goals, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple projects and portfolios.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee the execution of multiple IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact technology solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain robust project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and refine PMO processes, tools, and governance frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular updates and dashboards to stakeholders on program status and performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive continuous improvement in program delivery and team collaboration.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. </li><li>10+ years of experience in global business transformation, process management, or IT/business program leadership. </li><li>Proven track record of global deployment in large-scale digital or ERP programs. </li><li>Strong understanding of the core business processes : Agency operations and Finance in the advertising or media industry context. </li><li>Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with cross-functional teams. </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Strategic and analytical thinking </li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills </li><li>Results-oriented with a focus on value realization </li><li>Ability to drive alignment across Business and IT </li><li>Change leadership and organizational agility </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p> <p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) currently in this position.
