If, through reasonable accommodation, a disabled person can substantially perform the essential functions of the job, such accommodation may be made.</p> <ul> <li>Reviews all purchase orders once they have been approved </li><li>Verifies statements, invoices and process payments </li><li>Assists the Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Payroll Supervisor as needed </li><li>Oversees vendor account balances and credit </li><li>Complies with all District policies and procedures </li><li>Performs other functions as assigned </li></ul> <p>PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:</p> <p>It is critical for the employee occupying this position to demonstrate the following skills and characteristics when performing the essential functions of the job:</p> <ul> <li>Communicates information quickly and accurately, and delivers effective responses </li><li>Competently organizes and prioritizes assigned duties and tasks </li><li>Effectively communicates with staff, students and parents </li><li>Maintains a satisfactory attendance record and exhibits punctuality </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <p>The employee may be required to perform the essential functions of the job under the following conditions and by completing tasks of the following nature:</p> <ul> <li>Physically moving supplies and equipment </li><li>Operating or traveling as a passenger in a motor vehicle </li><li>Substantial amounts of paperwork and regular telephone contact </li><li>Completing duties under strict timelines </li><li>Exposure to risk of contact with communicable diseases and blood-borne pathogens </li><li>Interaction with disorderly and potentially hostile students and members of the community </li></ul> <p>EVALUATION:</p> <p>Performance will be evaluated in accordance with Board policy.</p> <p>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>The Board is an equal opportunity employer.
