<p>The Opportunity: Responsible for project quotations as requested by customers in a timely and efficient manner. All project quotations to be finalized at least 24 hours prior to bidding.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Builds and maintains relationships with customers, manufacturers, and outside sales people as directed </li><li>Evaluates project requirements, architectural drawings, and lighting fixture schedules to identify lighting bill of material suitable to achieve the desired outcome of the project </li><li>Provide project quotations that are efficient and competitive to local market conditions </li><li>Provide quotations on both miscellaneous and project quotes as requested by customers </li><li>A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required </li><li>Attend product and training sessions when available </li><li>Exercise independent judgement </li><li>Provide quotation breakdowns in a timely manner </li><li>Learns and understands SESCO Lighting's full product offer and its functionality </li><li>Bring ideas and share with the team, to promote overall company growth </li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess 2 - 4 years of experience in miscellaneous lighting and project quotations </li><li>Possess general knowledge of lighting products as well as lighting controls and IOT enabled devices </li><li>Ability to read and understand building and control drawings </li><li>Experience in submittal creation and review </li><li>Must have excellent math skills </li><li>Must be able to multi-task </li><li>Must be proficient in Word, Excel, internet research, and Outlook </li></ul>
