<p>Location: Calvary Homes</p> <p>CURRENT OPENING:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-time | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM</p> </li><li> <p>Every other weekend and holiday rotation</p> </li></ul> <p>The Café Server/Cook ensures all café guests receive prompt and attentive service while also participating in cooking responsibilities. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of table-service experience in hospitality, senior living, or healthcare dining; prior lead or shift-lead experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong guest-service orientation with clear and professional communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in the use of POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Certifications: Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred, but not required.</p> </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serves as the on-shift lead for Front of House (FOH) staff; assigns sections and side work, and oversees floor operations to ensure efficient and timely service.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors dining areas, promptly clears and sanitizes vacant tables, and maintains cleanliness and organization within assigned sections.</p> </li><li> <p>Manages opening and closing procedures for the dining room, including setup, cleanliness, table settings, ambiance, and proper resetting of the space.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains thorough menu knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and dietary considerations, and ensures accurate labeling and signage are consistently in place.</p> </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>At TANDEM LIVING we value the wellbeing of all of our team members and offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package!
