These roles will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and accurate revenue operations, from quoting and order management through to invoicing and revenue recognition.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and optimize Quote-to-Cash workflows, ensuring accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency. </li><li>Work within NetSuite and Salesforce to maintain data integrity, streamline processes, and support financial reporting. </li><li>Support audits and compliance efforts related to revenue operations. </li><li>Assist with the implementation and optimization of systems and tools that support finance and revenue operations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order-to-Cash roles in a SaaS company. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce; experience with billing and subscription models is a plus. </li><li>Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and Q2C processes. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong time management skills. </li></ul>
