We do this by ensuring compliance with federal and state environmental laws.</p> <p>What we need YOU to do:</p> <p>The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest program administrator in the Division of Drinking and Ground Waters (DDAGW) at our Central Office in Columbus.</p> <p>Let's get started.</p> <p>As DDAGW's program administrator, you will organize meetings, develop and administer non-technical programs for the division, and prepare confidential documents and correspondence. You'll ensure maintenance and implementation of the division's inventory control system, maintain equipment acquisition records, and manage the division's business and fiscal functions. You'll coordinate the division's statewide administrative support team by interviewing and hiring administrative professional staff and conducting evaluations.</p> <p>You'll coordinate and track all divisional hiring and personnel documents, including onboarding/offboarding documents, and requests to fill vacant positions. You'll assist with formulating position descriptions and evaluating divisional personnel procedures and policies. Working with the office of Human Resources, you'll serve as a liaison regarding personnel matters.</p> <p>Additionally, you'll manage the division's statewide administrative support team and interview, hire, and counsel administrative professional staff.
