You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.</p> <p>YOU WILL</p> <ul> <li>Oversee nursing care and related activities of the surgical center per the policies and objectives of the center </li><li>Play a key role in staffing, quality improvement, infection control and risk management </li><li>Collaborate with Director of Nursing to analyze and evaluate nursing services to improve the quality care given </li><li>Maintain policies that adhere to federal and state regulations for Ambulatory Surgery Centers </li></ul> <p>YOU HAVE</p> <p>Requirements + Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current state license to practice as a registered nurse </li><li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing </li><li>At least 2 years of nursing experience </li><li>BLS upon hire </li><li>ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Preferred </li><li>ICU or perioperative nursing experience </li><li>Leadership experience </li><li>Nurse Manager experience </li><li>Regulatory and Accreditation knowledge (CMS, DOH, OSHA, AORN, AAAHC) </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Work with a passionate, dedicated, and talented team in a growing organization committed to doing good </li><li>Health insurance, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts, disability coverage and additional voluntary plans </li><li>401k plan, including company match </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>No on call, no holidays, no weekends </li></ul>
