<p>Summary of Job Description:</p> <p>The Manager, Finance (Corporate Sales & Marketing) leads the company's sales budgeting and forecasting process and management reporting functions and expands and enhances reporting and analysis for both company-owned and licensed locations globally. This position serves as a primary finance partner to Marketing departments and works closely with them on various strategic projects to deliver recommendations based on financial analyses. The Manager also partners with other functional areas across all Support Center departments, managing personnel and overhead budgets (such as Accounting, Marketing, Restaurant Development, Supply Chain Management, IS and HR). The Manager, Finance manages a team of Finance professionals, coaching and developing associates to elevate their performance.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as a primary finance partner to Support Center departments. Leads and executes the company's Support Center annual operating plan (AOP) and forecast processes. </li><li>Develops in-depth analysis and financial projections to support overall company initiatives and Marketing and presents recommendations and results to all levels of leadership. Elevates company level daily transaction forecasting. </li><li>Develops financial models, diagnostic tools, and new analytical methods to identify trends, interpret results, and optimize profit both at the restaurant and corporate level. </li><li>Analyzes marketing initiatives and makes recommendations to senior leadership on growth and savings opportunities. </li><li>Reports to senior management on restaurant performance (Sales, Marketing Initiatives), Guest Surveys, and other performance indicators as needed. </li><li>Monitors sales, marketing, controllables (excluding Repairs & Maintenance) and Support Center overhead variances to plan and forecast throughout the year and presents findings to appropriate teams. </li><li>Utilizes multiple sources of data to analyze and report on various items, including Sales, ROI on projects, and Support Center G&A spend. Presents findings and makes recommendations on next steps. </li><li>Manages FP&A tool for AOP and forecasting to support Support Center overhead </li><li>Leads a team of Finance professionals, coaching and developing associates to elevate their performance.
