<p>Business Analyst</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements </li><li>Data Analysis - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights using comprehensive data models using SQL that inform business decisions </li><li>Solution Identification - Propose and design technical solutions that meet business needs and objectives, analyze trade and settlement flows across product lines, optimize processes, and implement new product features and change requests </li><li>Documentation - Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions and design Epics, User Stories </li><li>Should be able to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders, Technology and Business teams </li><li>Should be able to Create Dashboards and Reports to provide updates to stakeholders on project progress and facilitate decision making. </li><li>Identify trends in Capital markets Domain and conduct training sessions / workshops to upskills team members in domain and relevant applications. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong working experience on Capital Markets Domain, Trade Life Cycle, Settlements functions, Inventory Management </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Investment Banking Services, Brokerage for Institutions / retail customers </li><li>Good understanding of Settlement and Clearing functions. </li><li>Excellent working experience and deep understanding in equity and fixed income products. </li><li>Should have good knowledge of Agile Methodology and Defect Management using JIRA and Confluence. </li><li>Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders and front facing customer management. </li><li>Proficient in developing overall Implementation strategies, effort estimation, capacity planning. </li><li>Experience of managing large scale migrations/transformation projects involving multiple partner coordination will be added advantage. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $80,000-$100,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-CO1</p> <p>#LI-SN1</p>
