Its innovative bespoke solutions - such as retrofitting heating elements to prevent outdoor beverage dispensers from failing in low temperatures and custom-made circulation heaters to heat fuel in large ship engines.</p> <p>Join us as we continue to provide solutions to our customers and the world!</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>As the Former, you will prepare and set up fixtures for the forming & bending of elements or steel tubes with the use of blueprints. This position can be 1st or 2nd shift.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare form fixtures </li><li>Prepare bend fixtures/tooling </li><li>Install, form, complete elements per mold </li><li>Transfer completed formed elements to foundry/stock area </li><li>Use of sandblaster </li><li>Quality inspection with electrical equipment and devices </li><li>May be assigned additional tasks as needed. </li></ul> <p>Our Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Ability to use hand tools (i.e., pneumatic, wrenches, hammers, chisels) </li><li>Ability to read calipers, scales, rulers and blueprints </li><li>Understand thread sizes and diameters </li><li>Read and interpret prints </li><li>Basic computer aptitude with Excel </li><li>Work fairly independently or under minimal supervision of the Team Lead </li><li>Experience using overhead cranes a plus </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00</p>
