They are responsible for performing visual and dimensional product inspection on manufactured parts/products to released drawings and specifications. The Quality Inspector 1 is responsible for documenting non-conformances. The Quality Inspector may also perform inspection of raw materials.</p> <p>A Shift Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5:50am - 6:00pm</p> <p>Specific Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Uphold and communicate the purpose, values, and vision of Intertech and TriMas </li><li>Complete daily tasks in accordance with Intertech's Policies and Procedures </li><li>Complete daily tasks in accordance with safety rules and regulations </li><li>Perform inspection duties utilizing engineering drawings and history files, inspection, work instructions, technical specifications, QA procedures and instructions, and other related documents </li></ul> <p>Support and follow all ISO 13485 standards</p> <ul> <li>Identify and report non-conforming material and product </li><li>Understand and apply product traceability </li><li>Perform preliminary and progressive production inspections, verify functional operation, final inspections, and verify paperwork </li><li>Skilled at conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance </li><li>Investigate or report questionable inspection results </li><li>Verify and document specified manufacturing process steps </li><li>Perform conformity/first article inspections to ensure compliance </li><li>Perform area inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications </li><li>Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel </li><li>Perform general 5S activities daily </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Demonstrate ability to read, understand, interpret and implement technical procedures and work </li></ul> <p>On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, Colorado location.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Previous injection molding, manufacturing, QA experience preferred</p> <p>Previous experience in an ISO 13485 regulated environment preferred</p> <p>Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Products</p> <p>Basic math skills</p> <p>Familiar with the and use of various inspection tool, methods, and techniques</p> <p>Ability to read and write in English is required</p> <p>Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus</p> <p>Knowledge or understanding of basic statistics, or use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) preferred</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00.</p> <p>Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location.
