This is an office-based role (5 days per week; 8:30 - 4:00), where you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our Fairfield location. You'll support key areas including Facilities Management, Health & Safety, Site and Information Security, Sustainability, and Compliance, while collaborating closely with IT, Finance, HR, and Legal.</p> <p>How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?</p> <p>Role responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operational Efficiency: All aspects of effective office management. Implement and maintain streamlined processes to optimize business operations in the Fairfield office to enhance the overall efficiency of the global EPG office portfolio. </li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with landlords, contractors, and other internal and external stakeholders for successful collaboration. </li><li>Budget Management: Manage the Fairfield operations budget, track costs for staff events and use financial planning skills to maximize effectiveness. </li><li>Compliance & Risk Management: Work with the Information Security team to implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO requirements. Implement Disaster Recovery Plan if required. </li><li>Sustainability Support: Work with the in-house ESG team and selected vendors to support the implementation and further development of EPG's sustainability, environmental and energy strategies to enable us to meet our targets and further enhance our ESG position in the industry. </li><li>Health & Safety: Responsible for minimizing or removing the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace. The role involves performing risk assessments and inspections, promoting a safe workplace, and supporting remote workers, providing training, investigating incidents to improve overall safety, and meticulous record keeping on the company platform. </li><li>Strategic Support: Work with senior management to contribute to strategic facilities planning and goal alignment. Also requires taking ownership of and tracking and reporting on Special Projects requested by the Senior and Executive Leadership teams, and assisting with Executive travel and logistics. </li><li>Solution Focused & Problem Solving: Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve challenges, ensuring the smooth flow of operations. </li><li>Team Collaboration: A key member of a motivated global team, this role will foster cross-function collaboration, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for on-site, hybrid and remote workers. Thinking creatively and organizing social events to foster positive relationships between employees, with the aim of increasing overall motivation, happiness, and wellbeing at work. </li><li>Region specific administration: Provide a high-quality support service to the EPG core functions, using skills to coordinate and communicate region/country specific activities and information. </li></ul> <p>Do you have what we are looking for?</p> <p>Skills & expertise</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years experience in a similar role. </li><li>Familiarity with all aspects of general office administration. </li><li>Awareness of local Health & Safety standards and best practices. </li><li>Proven organization and communication skills (written and verbal). </li><li>Ability to effectively track office based costs and outgoings. </li><li>Excellent MS Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. </li><li>Enjoys being part of an Environmental and Sustainability conscious company. </li></ul> <p>The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States,?considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities.
