<p>Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices from scratch. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Telecom industry experience is a plus.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices </li><li>Implement solutions using Java and Spring Boot frameworks </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features </li><li>Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability </li><li>Work with Camunda BPMN for process automation and workflow management (preferred) </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices* Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices from scratch </li><li>Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot </li><li>Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) </li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus </li><li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Camunda BPMN for workflow automation </li><li>Background in the telecommunications industry </li><li>Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture </li></ul>
