Learn more about Code 4 at www.code4ss.com.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts are available depending on company needs. </li><li>Part-time hours based on business needs. </li></ul> <p>Expected Starting Wage: Anticipated at $20 - $22 Hourly, depending on experience.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <p>The Security Officer will roam and patrol job sites to help deter theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities. Our company vehicles are equipped with cameras and monitoring technology; this ensures safe driving practices, regular location checks, compliance with company policies, and accurate reporting for clients.</p> <p>The position includes the following duties:</p> <ul> <li>Actively conducting frequent checks and patrols throughout shifts. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and patrons. </li><li>De-escalate and/or escort off the premises unruly patrons or unauthorized personnel. </li><li>Monitor and control access at entrances/exits and vehicle gates. </li><li>Identify, document, and report any unusual activity, violations, accidents, physical property damage, theft, or disturbances on site. </li><li>Prepare reports in electronic format. </li><li>Communicate effectively with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel as needed. </li><li>Use proper radio protocols to communicate with leads, management, and other site officials and staff. </li><li>Must be familiar with and adhere to Use of Force statutes and regulations. </li><li>Follow all Code 4 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). </li><li>Additional duties may be assigned and functions may be modified based on business needs. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 or older. </li><li>High School Diploma/GED preferred. </li><li>Valid Driver's License. </li><li>Security Experience preferred. </li><li>Bilingual is a plus. </li><li>Military/First Responder experience is a plus. </li><li>Must possess effective written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Professional attitude and appearance. </li><li>Punctual and reliable. </li><li>Must consistently demonstrate emotional control, and good judgment in all situations, both escalated and complex in nature. </li><li>Work in various environments including elements (heat, rain, snow). </li><li>Able and willing to stand, walk, and run as needed. </li><li>Occasionally bend/twist to perform various duties. </li><li>Job site locations vary. Limited public transportation is available. Personal transportation is required. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision are available for full-time employees.
