<p>Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Workfront and Fusion Implementation Consultant in Johnston, RI.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Senior Workfront and Fusion Implementation Consultant will utilize systems and business analysis techniques to develop and facilitate impactful Adobe Workfront discovery and design sessions with cross-function teams </li><li>Design scalable Workfront solutions to meet business needs </li><li>Develop architectural blueprints as needed that align with organizational goals </li><li>Conduct system evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements </li><li>Manage and configure Workfront environments, including user roles, permissions, and object configurations </li><li>Implement custom fields, forms, templates, and reports in Workfront </li><li>Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance </li><li>Identify and document system defects and work with developers to resolve them </li><li>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain stakeholder sign-off </li><li>Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance </li><li>Develop and maintain Workfront Fusion automations to streamline business processes </li><li>Create custom APIs and integrations between Workfront and other enterprise applications </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workfront Fusion workflows </li><li>Optimize Fusion scenarios for performance and efficiency </li><li>Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators </li><li>Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement </li><li>Develop and maintain user guides and training materials </li><li>Document and track system changes and updates </li><li>Provide support for Workfront-related issues and inquiries </li><li>Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities </li><li>Ensure business continuity by implementing backup and recovery plans </li><li>Monitor and manage system security and access controls* Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion certification required </li><li>7-10 years of Workfront implementation experience, specifically for multi-group organizations </li><li>3-4 years of experience leveraging Workfront Fusion and Advanced Text Mode </li><li>Experience implementing the full suite of Workfront tools, including Proof </li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing Workfront interfaces and creating dynamic reports </li><li>Experience with complex and multi-dimensional Workfront and Fuson configuration </li><li>Expertise with native integrations and other Adobe Workfront products and services </li><li>Familiarity with ADO and Business Intelligence reporting a plus (i.e., Power BI) </li><li>Experience in multiple industries and businesses </li></ul>
