This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and project Managers.</p> <p>Using your experience, you'll be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Performing Project and/or project task oversight including setting priorities, hands-on involvement in the design process, as well as project financial management </li><li>Serving as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team </li><li>Managing engineering projects and design </li><li>Contributing to business development activities including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management </li><li>Actively participating in professional societies </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation, Municipal, or Traffic Engineering Focus) </li><li>At least 8 years of progressive experience as a roadway, municipal, or traffic engineer </li><li>Professional Engineer License (PE) in WI (or PE license with ability to attain license in WI within 6 months) </li><li>Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelines (WisDOT preferred) </li><li>Demonstrated experience working on successful projects of varying size with public agencies </li><li>Ability to demonstrate project leadership experience </li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D, Synchro, and/or Vissim </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>100,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>120,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
