If you want to join a company invested in you and your success, join us as a Highway Engineering Professional.</p> <p>Based in Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin, you will have the chance to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your transportation design expertise. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and project Managers.</p> <p>Using your experience, you'll be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Performing Project and/or project task oversight including setting priorities, hands-on involvement in the design process, as well as project financial management </li><li>Serving as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team </li><li>Managing engineering projects and design </li><li>Contributing to business development activities including proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, and client management </li><li>Actively participating in professional societies </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation, Municipal, or Traffic Engineering Focus) </li><li>At least 8 years of progressive experience as a roadway, municipal, or traffic engineer </li><li>Professional Engineer License (PE) in WI (or PE license with ability to attain license in WI within 6 months) </li><li>Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelines (WisDOT preferred) </li><li>Demonstrated experience working on successful projects of varying size with public agencies </li><li>Ability to demonstrate project leadership experience </li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D, Synchro, and/or Vissim </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>100,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>120,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
