<p>Examples of Typical Activities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide strong financial business partnership support to functions including Product Development, Marketing, Commercial Insights, etc. and support strategic decision making with data & analytics </li><li>Establish process, timeline and mechanisms to support New Product Introduction (NPI) business models and working closely with sales, marketing, and operations to incorporate expectations for volume and margins by customer and category </li><li>Enhance the forecasting process and manage business partners to improve forecast timeliness and accuracy </li><li>Develop and improve key management reports and gain user input and acceptance to templates for business management reporting, including consistent and accurate reporting of profitability by customer, product category, and key initiatives </li><li>Perform ad hoc financial analysis, including modeling outcomes of various business scenarios </li><li>Direct and manage the activities of analysts to provide pricing desk support and margin analysis to commercial teams </li><li>Produce investment analysis templates and financial tracking models to drive accountability in the product development and commercial launch cycles </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance </li><li>MBA and CPA preferred </li><li>Requires 5+ years of progressively responsible experience to include: financial reporting and analysis; budgeting and planning; ERP systems; Data mining & Analytics and managing information in databases </li><li>Experience in large corporations with FP&A management responsibilities, reporting to a business unit general manager or finance director </li><li>Experience in consumer products industry a plus </li></ul> <p>EEO/AA EMPLOYER</p> <p>At Evenflo, we value and embrace you.
