Samaritans Purse is looking for well-rounded professionals who are passionate about the proclamation of the gospel to join our Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Seasonal Staffing associate team.</p> <p>A Day in the Life of an OCC Seasonal Recruiter</p> <p>At Samaritans Purse, the gospel is the center of all that we do! Serve as an OCC Seasonal Recruiter, and you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Build a ministry aligned team to serve in the OCC processing center and take the love of Jesus to children around the world </li><li>Recruit, interview, and hire individuals for specific processing center roles </li><li>Build gospel partnerships with churches and like-minded organizations to create a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates </li><li>Provide administrative support in screening candidates </li><li>Ensure an excellent employee experience for all associate staff during OCC processing season </li></ul> <p>This is a full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays), seasonal commitment that runs from mid-August through mid-December. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be eager to learn, and have a heart to serve in a hands-on ministry.
