<p>Kforce's client, a hyper scaling tech unicorn, is seeking a FP&A Manager for its Hackensack, NJ office. In this role, you will report directly to the VP Finance and work closely with the CFO and other executives across the company. Your job will be broad based and focus on all parts of the P&L and business. You will have line of sight on becoming a Director and a top benefits package. The work schedule is hybrid.</p> <p>Duties will include:</p> <ul> <li>Budgets </li><li>Forecasts </li><li>Variance Analysis </li><li>KPI analysis and reporting </li><li>Ad hoc analysis </li><li>Hands-on duties to start* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance </li><li>4+ years of experience </li><li>Experience in Tech industry is a must </li><li>Strong financial modeling experience </li><li>Experience with the entire P&L, broad-based FP&A experience </li><li>Experience with hardware or manufacturing business (even pharma, MedTech, etc.) is a plus </li><li>Experience with SaaS, AI, or other software businesses is also a plus </li><li>Strong Excel experience </li><li>Ability to do Manager level analysis while being hands on (no direct reports to start) </li></ul>
