Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Experience: </li></ol> <p>A. Required - Experience working with children</p> <p>B. Preferred - Experience working with children in a school setting; Bilingual in Spanish</p> <p>ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Demonstrates knowledge of building rules and enforces the rules consistently</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors student movement in the hallways and stairways</p> </li><li> <p>Submits discipline write-ups or incident reports at the time of the incident</p> </li><li> <p>Refers chronic or severe incidents to the Principal or Assistant Principal</p> </li><li> <p>Models appropriate verbal and physical behaviors which include proper attire</p> </li><li> <p>Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal or Assistant Principal</p> </li></ol> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <p>Technical: Ability to effectively use a two-way radio</p> <p>Interpersonal: Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community.
