At Chick-fil-A Northlake Parkway, we believe in creating a fun, encouraging, and high-performing atmosphere.</p> <p>Full-time team members generally work five days per week. Some team members prefer a specific day part as their normal shift, while others have a schedule that requires them to work days, afternoons, and night shifts to get all of their hours. We are flexible with each individual's scheduling needs.
