<p>Summary Clean and empty trash from break rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and other common area in buildings owned/leased by Malibu Boats.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Apply high energy, self motivation and initiative to learn and be trained on how to clean </li><li>Ability to safely and effectively use non-motorized and motorized cleaning equipment </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license </li><li>Complete required checklists after cleaning is complete </li><li>Daily job duties will be varied and dynamic to allow for cross-training </li><li>Workload will be tracked via schedules and assignments requiring responsibility and accountability for quality and timeliness of completion </li><li>Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE </li><li>Practice good housekeeping </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</p> <p>Other Qualifications None</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>Regularly required to work at, lifting parts and pieces up to 50 lbs., traveling up and down stairs, sitting, squatting and bending in various awkward positions for certain lengths of time - including working overhead, traveling in and out of work areas, walking and being on your feet for a majority of the work day.
